Overview
Open Jammy from the Help Center’s Chat tab and ask in your own words, in any language: how a feature works, what your team is up to, or to handle a task for you. You’re always in control - whenever Jammy is about to make a change, it asks you to confirm first. Before you start
- Jammy is available to everyone, but it works within your role: it only shows data you can access, and actions like inviting users or scheduling sprints need the Coach or Admin role.
What you can ask
Learn how the platform works
Not sure how something works? Ask Jammy the way you’d ask a colleague - it explains features, walks you through flows, and clears up terminology without you leaving the page.- “How do sprints work?”
- “Walk me through inviting a teammate.”
- “What’s the difference between a track and a mission?”
Look at your org’s data
Jammy searches your organization’s people, teams, content, and roleplay history and answers in seconds - faster than clicking through the admin pages when you just need one fact.- “List the learners on the EMEA SDR team.”
- “Which tracks do we have in French?”
- “Show me the most recent roleplay sessions for Alice.”
- “Are there any pending invites?”
Track progress and coaching
Get a quick read on how your team is doing: Jammy summarizes the same numbers you’d dig out of the dashboards directly in chat, so a standup question doesn’t turn into a reporting session.- “How’s the Onboarding sprint going?”
- “Who hasn’t started the Cold Calling track yet?”
- “Show me last week’s session activity for the SDR team.”
- “Who earned the Discovery certification this month?”
Take action
Jammy can carry out admin tasks for you: describe what you want, review the details it proposes, and confirm - it handles the clicks.- “Invite jane@company.com as a Coach on the EMEA team.”
- “Invite carlos@company.com as a Learner, assign him to the Onboarding track, due next Friday.”
- “Schedule a sprint of the Objection Handling track for the SDR team, due in two weeks.”
- “Update the Discovery track with our latest sales playbook document.”
Jump around the app
Skip the navigation - name the page or person and Jammy takes you straight there.- “Open Alice’s profile.”
- “Take me to the dashboard.”
- “Show me the Cold Calling track.”
What happens next
- When you ask Jammy to make a change, it shows a confirmation dialog with the full details - review and confirm, or dismiss it to cancel. Nothing happens without your go-ahead.
- After a confirmed action, the result is live immediately - an invited colleague gets their email, a scheduled sprint appears on the Coaching page.
- Jammy answers from your organization’s live data, so anything it reports matches what you’d find on the dashboards.
- For billing, account changes, or anything outside Jammy’s scope, write to support@wejam.ai - or use Contact Support in the Help Center.
- Prefer your own AI assistant? The same tools are available outside the app - see Connecting JAM to Claude and ChatGPT.
Troubleshooting
Jammy can't find the person or team I asked about
Jammy can't find the person or team I asked about
Jammy matches text, not meaning - retry with the exact name as it appears in
JAM (“EMEA SDR”, not “my European sales team”). If the name is right, your
role may not have
access to that data.
Jammy describes an action but nothing changed
Jammy describes an action but nothing changed
Actions only run after you confirm the dialog - if you dismissed it, nothing
was executed; ask again. If no confirmation appears at all, the action
likely needs the Coach or Admin role.
