Overview

JAM has three places to get help. The Getting Started page explains what JAM is and how practice works. The Help Center widget handles immediate questions and bug reports. The Take a Tour (ⓘ) icon opens a guided walkthrough of the page you are viewing.

Refreshing how JAM works

New to JAM, or need a reminder of how scores, personas, and scorecards fit together? Open Getting Started from the sidebar. The page explains how missions group into tracks, and its Activation checklist keeps your completed first steps ticked - so you always know what’s left. You can dismiss the welcome guide after reading it - JAM asks you to confirm, and the page stays available from the Getting Started entry in the sidebar or from the Help Center’s Get Help tab. You cannot lose it.

Asking a question or reporting a bug

Have a question, or found a bug? Click the floating ? button in the bottom-right corner of any page. The Help Center opens over your current page - you never lose your place - with three tabs, one for each type of help.
  • Chat - talk to Jammy, the JAM AI assistant. Ask any question about the platform and Jammy replies inside the widget; New chat starts a fresh conversation.
  • Report - report a problem to the JAM team. Pick a category and describe what happened.
  • Get Help - a shortcuts menu that links to every other help option in one place.
The Report tab offers five categories: App keeps crashing, Cannot start mission, Button is broken, Audio not working, and App is confusing. Select one, add a short description, and click Submit report - it goes straight to the JAM team. The Get Help tab has four buttons: Take a Tour launches a tour on the current page, Getting Started opens the Getting Started page, Help Center opens JAM’s online knowledge base in a new tab, and Contact Support reaches the JAM support team directly.

Taking a guided tour

Look for the icon in the top-right corner of the page. It appears only on pages that have a tour for your role - if you don’t see it, the current page doesn’t have one. Click the icon and pick a tour from the menu to start it. You can launch the same tours from Help Center → Get Help → Take a Tour, which is also the quickest way to check whether the page you’re on has one.

What happens next

  • Jammy answers arrive in the widget within a few seconds - follow-up questions continue the same conversation until you click New chat.
  • Bug reports go straight to the JAM team; if they need more detail, they’ll reach out via your account email.
  • Contact Support opens a direct line to a person - use it when the chat, tours, and this documentation haven’t solved it.
  • A tour you close midway can be restarted any time from the ⓘ icon or the Get Help tab.

Troubleshooting

The page you’re viewing doesn’t have a tour for your role. Open Help Center → Get Help → Take a Tour to see what’s available, or navigate to a page that has the icon.
Close the Help Center and open it again. If Jammy still does not reply, your network may be blocking it. Switch to the Report tab to file a bug, or use Get Help → Contact Support to reach a support person.
The page is still in the sidebar, listed as Getting Started. You can also open it from Help Center → Get Help → Getting Started.
