Overview
JAM supports three sign-in methods: email/password, Google or Microsoft, and Single Sign-On (SSO).Before you start
- If your organization uses SSO, your IT admin must have configured it before you can use the Sign in with SSO option.
Signing in with email and password
Navigate to https://app.wejam.ai. JAM uses a two-step login: enter your email and click Continue, then enter your password and click Log in with email. If you signed up via Google or Microsoft, you won’t have a password set - use
the social sign-in buttons instead.
Signing in with Google or Microsoft
Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft. Your Google or Microsoft email must match the email on your JAM account - if you originally registered with a social provider, always use that button.Signing in with SSO
Click the Sign in with SSO link next to the Email field label. You’ll be redirected to your company’s login system (e.g. Okta, Azure AD) and returned to JAM after signing in. After a successful login, you land on My To Dos - or the Getting Started page while your first-steps checklist is still open.Resetting your password
Click Forgot password? on the password step, enter your email, and click Reset password. A confirmation appears with quick links to open your email provider. The confirmation shows whether or not the email exists - this is normal, and protects your account.Troubleshooting
"No account found with those credentials"
"No account found with those credentials"
This can mean several things beyond a wrong password:
- You may have signed up via Google or Microsoft - try the social sign-in buttons instead.
- Your email may have a typo - check the email field carefully.
- You may not have an account yet - click Sign up at the bottom of the form.

SSO must be configured by your organization’s IT admin. If the Sign in with SSO link doesn’t work, use email/password or social sign-in instead.
