Overview
Open Users under Administration in the sidebar - the page itself is headed Members, and only Admins can manage it. It’s your member directory: how many seats you’re using, who’s registered with which roles and teams, and which invitations are still pending. Each member row carries Edit and Delete actions.Inviting users
Click Invite new users. The Add User dialog takes one or more email addresses, the role(s) the invitees should hold, their team(s), and optionally initial assignments - tracks that land in their to-dos automatically the moment they register, with an optional due date. That last part is worth using: new joiners arrive to a ready-made practice plan instead of an empty page. Invitees get an email and appear under Pending Invites until they accept; pending invites count against your seat limit. You can edit or revoke an invite from its row while it’s pending.Editing and removing users
Use a member’s Edit action to change their role(s) or team membership - changes apply immediately. Delete removes the user from your organization and frees their seat; their account is removed, so reserve it for people who have actually left. What happens next
- New members land on their Getting Started page after accepting the invite, with any initial assignments already in their My To Dos.
- Team changes ripple into sprints: joining a team with an active sprint adds the sprint’s track to the member’s to-dos.
- Freed seats show up immediately in the license summary.
