Overview

Signing up takes a few minutes: you create an account, confirm your email, then either join your company’s existing organization or create a new one. If you create one, a short onboarding captures your company context so JAM can tailor training content to your business.

Before you start

  • A work email address - JAM uses your email domain to match you to your company’s organization.

Creating your account

Navigate to https://app.wejam.ai and click Sign up. You can register with Google, Microsoft, SSO, or email. For email signup, fill in your First name, Last name, Email, and Password, pick your Language (the interface language for your account - changeable later in Personal Settings), then click Sign up with email. JAM sends a verification email - check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive, or click Resend confirmation email.

Joining or creating an organization

After confirming your email, you choose an organization. Already using JAM at your company? The dropdown shows organizations matching your email domain - select yours and click Join organization. Setting JAM up for your company yourself? Click Create a new organization instead.

Naming your organization

Enter your Organization name - it’s visible to all members and invitees, so choose something colleagues will recognize. You also decide here how colleagues join later: let anyone with your email domain join automatically, or keep membership invitation-only.

Describing your organization

The onboarding page asks for your company’s Website URL and a Description of your industry, products, and customers. This powers AI features throughout JAM - the more detail, the better the AI tailors content to your business. Click Generate with AI after entering a URL to auto-draft a description, or write your own, then click Save Changes (or Skip for now - it’s editable later in organization settings).

Reaching the Getting Started page

Welcome to JAM! You land on the Getting Started page with an optional platform tour and an activation checklist to guide your first steps.

Troubleshooting

The URL must be publicly accessible. Private intranets and localhost addresses can’t be reached by the AI.
Log in with the credentials you just registered. Your organization is intact - this is a session timeout.
Check your spam folder. Corporate mail servers sometimes block automated emails. Click Resend confirmation email on the confirmation page.
