Overview

The Course Library is the catalog of every track published to your organization. A track groups several missions under a single conversation topic. Each mission is a short voice roleplay with a Persona - an AI character that plays a prospect, customer, or teammate. Open the Course Library whenever you want to pick what to practice next.

Opening the Course Library

In the sidebar under Practice, click Course Library. The Start next mission button at the top skips browsing entirely - click it and JAM opens the next mission assigned to you, across all your tracks. Use it when you just want to keep practicing without choosing a track yourself.

Finding a track

Three controls narrow the list, and you can combine them freely:
  • Search tracks… filters by track name as you type.
  • All languages restricts the list to tracks in a single language.
  • Filter by conversation topic shows only tracks in one topic (for example Prospecting and Outreach, Objection Handling, or Sales Leadership). Click a topic to apply it; click the same topic again to clear it.
When no tracks match, the list is replaced by No tracks found with the hint Try adjusting your filters or search term to find tracks. The topic you selected stays highlighted so you can see which filter is hiding the list - clear the search field, reset the language dropdown to All languages, or click the highlighted topic again to show every track.

Previewing missions and starting practice

Click anywhere on a track card to open its detail panel. The panel lists every mission in the track, numbered in the order you should play them. Each mission shows the Persona you’ll speak with, the estimated duration, and the difficulty. Expand Description & Learning Outcomes to read the scenario first. When you’re ready, click Start on a mission to open the briefing page - see Starting and Completing a Roleplay for the full voice-call flow.
Play the missions in order - each one builds on the skills from the previous mission. Completing every mission in a track earns you a certificate.

What happens next

  • Clicking Start on a mission opens its briefing - the full flow is in Starting and Completing a Roleplay.
  • Tracks a manager assigns to you appear in My To Dos with a due date; tracks you pick yourself work the same way once started.
  • Completing every mission in a track earns you a certificate, collected on My Progress.

Troubleshooting

Your organization hasn’t published any tracks yet. An admin or manager needs to import a template and publish it from Jam Studio.
At least one filter is hiding it. Clear the Search tracks… field, set the language dropdown back to All languages, and make sure no topic is highlighted.
The button only appears while you still have assigned missions left to play. If every assigned mission is completed, it stays hidden until a manager assigns new content.
Enrollment happens automatically when a manager assigns the track to you. You can still open the track card to preview its missions, but Start is only active for tracks on your My To Dos list.
