Getting Started
You’ll receive an email invitation with a link to sign up and log in at app.wejam.ai. Your assigned roleplay challenge(s) will appear on your dashboard. If you don’t see them, check the course catalog. The complete assessment typically takes 10-15 minutes. Each roleplay round is 4-8 minutes, and you need to complete each scenario at least twice. You can log out and return later - your progress is saved. What you need:- A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- A working microphone
- A quiet space where you can speak freely
- A stable internet connection
What the Assessment Involves
You’ll have a voice conversation with an AI playing the role of a customer - for example, a potential client, museum owner, or property owner. You play the sales role. The AI simulates a real sales situation where you demonstrate your communication and sales skills. You must complete each scenario at least twice:- Round 1 - show how you naturally handle the situation
- Round 2 - apply the feedback from Round 1 and demonstrate improvement
Tips for Success
- Review the scenario briefing carefully before starting
- Find a quiet space and treat it like a real sales conversation
- Be authentic - the AI evaluates overall conversation skills and behavior, not keyword matching
- Your first round is meant to show your baseline - don’t worry about mistakes
- Use the feedback between rounds to adjust your approach specifically
Technical Issues
No audio or the AI doesn’t hear you: Check that your browser has microphone permission for Jam, that your microphone isn’t muted, and that other apps using your microphone (Teams, Zoom) are closed. Poor transcript quality: Use a headset if possible, find a quiet space, and speak at a steady pace. Transcripts are generally ~95% accurate, similar to Teams or Google Meet. Technical problems during the assessment: Email support@wejam.ai and CC your hiring contact. Include a description of the issue and any error messages - if technical issues occurred, you may be able to retake that round.Your Data & Privacy
During the assessment, Jam collects your audio, the conversation transcript, performance scores, and account information (name and email). Only people directly involved in your hiring process can see your results - other candidates cannot. Your assessment data is automatically deleted after 6 months.
