Quick Start Guide
Who is Pam?
Pam is your AI-powered personal operator - think of it as having an assistant who sits in headquarters with all your systems open on multiple displays. Pam can execute tasks across all your connected systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, email, calendar) just as quickly as you could, but without switching between different applications.
In short: Pam is Siri for Sales.

Core Features
Here are real examples of what Pam can do for you.
Imagine You work at Jam - Selling AI powered Assembly Lines.
You just left a meeting with Tim Cook.
He wants you to produce the Iphone 27.
He wants you to make an offer and a 15% discount.
But You know Tim is bluffing.
Deal Management
Example conversation:
You: "Update the Apple iPhone 27 deal - Tim just agreed to move to proposal stage but wants to negotiate the price down"
Pam: "I've updated the Apple iPhone 27 deal to 'Proposal' stage. The deal value is $120 Million for the holographic display assembly line. I'll add a note about Tim's price negotiation request. What specific concerns did he raise?"
Contact Management
Example conversation:
You: Add Jeff Williams as a contact to the Apple deal - he's their COO and will be handling technical review”
Pam: "I'll create Jeff Williams as a contact with email jeff@apple.com. I'm associating him with the Apple iPhone 27 deal as Chief Operating Officer. Should I schedule a technical review meeting with him?"
Task Creation
Example conversation:
You: "Create a task for next week to send a birthday gift for Tim's kitten Snowball - assign it to Lisa”
Pam: "I've created a task 'Send birthday gift for Snowball' due next week and assigned it to Lisa Johnson. This personal touch could help with the Apple relationship. Want me to add any specific gift ideas to the task notes?”
Meeting Logging
Example conversation:
You: "Log my meeting with Tim Cook - we discussed the iPhone 27 assembly line, he had price objections but is interested in our holographic display capabilities”
Pam: "I've logged your meeting with Tim Cook on the Apple iPhone 27 deal. Notes include: price objections and interest in holographic display capabilities. Should I create a follow-up task to prepare a revised proposal addressing his pricing concerns?”
Email Drafts
Example conversation:
You: "Draft a follow-up email to Tim Cook addressing his pricing concerns from today's meeting. Take the Microsoft contract as an example, adjust it and send Tim the offer with the original Deal size of $120 Million.”
Pam: "I'll draft that email for you. Based on your meeting notes, I'll address his pricing objections while highlighting the unique value of our holographic display assembly technology. Should I send it to Lisa for review?”
Call Logging
Example conversation:
You: "Log a call with Mark Zuckerberg - we connected and he's interested in moving forward to produce the Metaverse Ray Ban Glasses."
Pam: "I've logged your call with Mark Zuckerberg as 'Connected' with outcome: interested in moving forward. The call is associated with the Meta deal. Anything specific you discussed that I should note?"
You: "The next step is a technical discussion with our On-site Engineer Peter."
Pam: "Got it. What else would you like to do?"
