It takes under a minute to see what to play next and what you have already completed.
Overview
JAM has two pages for your personal practice. My To Dos is the page you land on after login. It shows the next mission (a single roleplay) JAM wants you to play. My Progress is the archive — every assigned track (a group of missions), every round you have played, and every certificate you have earned.
What to do next: the My To Dos page
The Your Next To Do card is the centre of the page. It shows one mission to play first, with the parent track name, due date, and difficulty.

Click Start to open the briefing and run the call. See Starting and Completing a Roleplay for the full briefing → call → feedback flow. View full track opens the assigned track so you can see every mission in it.
The Next To Dos section below lists any other pending assignments. If you only have one assignment, this section is empty.
The right-hand column shows two longer-running indicators. Your Weekly Target tracks the XP (experience points earned per round) you have collected this week against your goal. The Leaderboard ranks everyone in your organization — toggle between All time and This week.
What you have already done: the My Progress page
Open My Progress from the sidebar. The page is split into five tabs.

- Overview — the Learning Progress card with three counters: Total Rounds Played, Total Missions Completed, and Average Score, each showing the change vs last week. Below that, Areas for Improvement highlights your lowest-scoring mission and Recently played rounds lists the latest plays.
- To Dos — every track assigned to you, not just the next mission (covered below).
- History — every round you have played, in chronological order.
- Certificates — the certificates you have earned (covered below).
- Performance — score trends and skill breakdowns over time.
To Dos tab — every assignment with full context
The My To Dos page shows one mission. The To Dos tab lists every track assigned to you. Each card shows the track's full description, language, and topic tag.

Click an assignment card to open the track and see all of its missions.
Certificates tab — proof you completed a track
You earn a certificate by passing every mission in a track. The Certificates tab is where they live.

A mission counts as passed (Completed) once you score 70/100 or higher — see Understanding Your Feedback for how scoring works. Complete every mission in a track and the certificate appears here automatically. There is nothing to claim.
Troubleshooting
My To Dos page is empty
Your organization admin has not assigned any tracks to you yet, or you have completed all your assignments. Browse the Course Library to practice anything you like in the meantime.
I completed every mission in a track but no certificate appeared
A certificate needs every mission in the track to be Completed (score 70/100 or higher). Open the History tab — any mission marked Incomplete has to be re-played and passed before the certificate is issued.
The Leaderboard only shows me
The leaderboard fills as more teammates play. New organizations often see only one or two names at first.
