Logging In to JAM

Overview

JAM supports three sign-in methods: email/password, Google or Microsoft, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

Prerequisites

  • If your organization uses SSO, your IT admin must have configured it before you can use the Sign in with SSO option.

Sign-In Methods

Email and Password

Navigate to https://app.wejam.ai. JAM uses a two-step login: enter your email and click Continue, then enter your password and click Log in with email.

Note: If you signed up via Google or Microsoft, you won't have a password set. Use the social sign-in buttons instead.

Google or Microsoft

Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft. Your Google or Microsoft email must match the email on your JAM account — if you originally registered with a social provider, always use that button.

SSO

Click the Sign in with SSO link. You'll be redirected to your company's login system (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and returned to JAM after signing in.
After successful login, you'll land on the Dashboard — or the Getting Started page if you haven't completed onboarding yet.

Resetting Your Password

Click Forgot password? on the password step. Enter your email and click Reset password.

A confirmation appears with quick links to open your email provider. The confirmation shows regardless of whether the email exists — this is normal and protects your account.

Troubleshooting

"No account found with those credentials"

This can mean several things beyond a wrong password:
  • You may have signed up via Google or Microsoft — try the social sign-in buttons instead
  • Your email may have a typo — check the email field carefully
  • You may not have an account yet — click Sign up at the bottom of the form

Social sign-in doesn't log me in

Your Google/Microsoft email must match the email on your JAM account. If you registered with a different email, use email/password login or contact your administrator.

SSO is not available

SSO must be configured by your organization's IT admin. If the Sign in with SSO link doesn't work, use email/password or social sign-in instead.

Password reset email not received

Check your spam/junk folder. If your account was created via Google or Microsoft, no password is set — use the social sign-in button instead.
