Prerequisites
- A work email address (JAM uses your email domain to match you to your company's organization)
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox)
Step 1: Create Your Account
Navigate to https://app.wejam.ai and click Sign up. You can register with Google, Microsoft, SSO, or email.

For email signup, fill in the form, check the User Consent checkbox, and click Sign up with email. JAM will send a verification email — check spam if it doesn't arrive, or click Resend confirmation email.
Step 2: Join or Create an Organization
After confirming your email, you'll choose an organization. The dropdown shows organizations matching your email domain.

- Join existing: select your company and click Join organization
- Start fresh: click Create a new organization
Step 3: Set Up Your Organization
Enter your Organization name — visible to all members and invitees.

Two optional settings control who can join: auto-approve anyone with your email domain, or restrict membership to your domain only.
Step 4: Describe Your Organization
The onboarding page asks for your company's Website URL and a Description of your industry, products, and customers. This powers AI features throughout JAM — the more detail, the better the AI tailors content to your business.

Click Generate with AI after entering a URL to auto-draft a description, or write your own. Click Save Changes when done (or Skip for now — editable later in organization settings).
Step 5: You're In
You land on the Getting Started page with an optional platform tour and an activation checklist to guide your first steps.

Troubleshooting
"Generate with AI" produces no description
The URL must be publicly accessible. Private intranets and localhost addresses can't be reached by the AI.
Redirected back to login after creating an organization
Log in with the credentials you just registered. Your organization is intact — this is a session timeout.
Confirmation email not received
Check your spam folder. Corporate mail servers sometimes block automated emails. Click Resend confirmation email on the confirmation page.
