Dashboard
The Dashboard gives organization owners a real-time overview of team activity and the value Pam is delivering — including CRM entries created, conversations held, and estimated time saved over the last 28 days.
Owner-only: The Dashboard is only visible to organization owners. Team members do not see this section in their sidebar.
Where to Find It
Click Dashboard under the Manage section in the left sidebar. The sidebar item is only visible if you have owner-level access.

Summary Cards
At the top of the Dashboard, four summary cards display aggregate team activity for the last 28 days:
Card | What It Counts |
Conversations | Total voice calls and chat sessions across all team members |
Entries Created | CRM actions Pam completed (contacts created, deals updated, notes logged, etc.) |
Messages | Total messages exchanged with Pam across all sessions |
Time Savings | Estimated time saved, calculated as 5 minutes per CRM entry created |
The Time Savings formula is:
Entries Created × 5 min. The subtitle "5min/entry" is shown directly on the card as a reference. When your team actively uses Pam, this number grows quickly — 100 entries represents over 8 hours saved. When no data exists for the period, all cards show 0. This is normal for a new workspace that hasn't had Pam conversations yet.
Activity Trends Chart
Below the summary cards is the Activity Trends (Last 5 Weeks) line chart. It visualizes week-by-week usage across four metrics:
- Calls — Voice calls started (blue)
- Sessions — Text chat sessions started (teal)
- Total Conversations — Combined calls and sessions (yellow/orange)
- Tool Calls — CRM actions performed by Pam (grey)
The chart's x-axis shows week labels; the y-axis shows counts. Hover over any point on the chart to see exact values for that week.

When a team has no activity in the period, the chart area appears empty (flat at zero). This is the expected empty state.
Data Entries by Agent
Below the activity chart is the Data Entries by Agent section. This horizontal bar chart shows each team member's individual contribution to CRM data entry over the last 28 days.
Each bar represents one team member. Longer bars indicate more CRM entries. Use this chart to:
- Identify who is getting the most value from Pam
- Spot team members who may need encouragement or additional training
- Recognize top performers who can act as internal champions
When no data exists, the section shows "last 30 days" with an empty container.

How to Use the Dashboard
Adoption monitoring: As an owner, check the Dashboard after rolling out Pam to your team. Low conversation counts for specific members can indicate they haven't tried Pam yet — follow up directly or share tips.
ROI reporting: Use the Time Savings card to report Pam's impact to leadership. The figure is based on a conservative 5-minute saving per CRM entry. If your team's manual entry time is higher, the actual savings will be greater.
Weekly reviews: The activity trends chart helps you spot dips (e.g., a slow week due to holidays) versus sustained drops that might indicate a problem with Pam's integration or team adoption.
Best Practices
- Check the Dashboard at least weekly during your initial Pam rollout to track adoption velocity.
- Compare the Entries Created count against your CRM records — they should align closely if Pam is being used consistently.
- If Conversations is high but Entries Created is low, team members may be using Pam for information lookup (asking questions) rather than CRM data entry — consider reviewing your Playbook to encourage more entry actions.
Troubleshooting
Dashboard not visible in sidebar: You need owner-level access. Contact your Pam administrator to request an access upgrade.
All metrics show 0: This is normal for a new workspace. Encourage team members to start their first Pam conversation. Metrics update in near real-time after each session.
Data Entries by Agent shows no bars: Pam needs at least one completed CRM action (create/update) in the last 28 days to populate this chart. Voice calls and text messages alone do not appear here.
